Our Team

Craig Ciarlelli has over 35 years of financial services experience and is Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst. (AIFA). Craig's mission is to provide clients with objective and appropriate advice to assist them with making informed decisions. Craig also specializes in providing advisory services for small business 401k plans by personally engaging with plan sponsors to guide them on how to successfully fulfill their fiduciaries responsibilities and pursue positive participant outcomes.

Craig lives in Littleton, Colorado. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Tulsa. Along with being an avid runner, he enjoys cross country skiing, triathlons and has participated in many community and charity events including bike races such as the Courage Classic, Tour De Cure and Race for the Cure.

Kyle Ciarlelli joined the team of CC Coaching and Consulting, Inc. May 2019.

Kyle's primary goal is to provide professional guidance to the next generation of small business owners who are interested in designing a new robust Qualified Retirement Plan - 401(k) - or enhancing their current plan.

Kyle understands that one size does not fit all and will collaborate with the owner to customize a plan that will be in balance with their business needs while offering an enticing array of benefits for their employees.

Aside from advising on 401(k) plans, Kyle also enjoys working with individuals to design a customized financial plan that is tailored to accommodate each life stage, such as: children, education planning, retirement, market volatility and the unexpected. He routinely monitors each clients plan to make sure their investment choices remain in alignment with their goals and provides alternative recommendations should he see an opportunity for enhancements.

Kyle believes that leveraging knowledge and technology are keys to success. Kyle makes a point to stay current with the latest investment trends, market news and technological tools. Kyle lives in Parker, CO with his wife Amy and their three kids. His family enjoys hiking, running, biking, skiing, snowboarding, concerts, sports and food. Previous to joining CC Coaching and Consulting, Kyle spent 10 years in the oil and gas industry working for Schlumberger. Kyle holds a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa.

Catherine joined CC Coaching and Consulting, Inc in late 2013. Previous to working with us, she was with MetLife for 5 years as a Client Service Manager. From that experience, Catherine brought a wealth of knowledge and new ideas for servicing our clients. She also has her Series 6 and 7 securities registration.

Catherine is a HUGE fan of the Denver Broncos and enjoys spending time with her husband and son exploring Colorado and the world.
